- •Study in economics, communication science, psychology, social sciences, ophthalmology/optometry, medical technology, or engineering
- •Strong customer focus and interest in medical technology and complex products
- •Very good written and spoken English and German skills

- •Support product and workflow management in refractive laser technology

- •Learn and apply usability engineering methods for medical devices
- •Participate in user research activities, including interviews and customer meetings

- •Present work and research results to the team clearly and convincingly
- •Assist in creating and revising business and marketing plans, including presentations and graphics
- •Conduct independent competitive research and prepare results
- •Assist in creating sales information for products
- •Provide administrative support, including preparing workshops and managing customer contracts
- •Work independently within a dynamic and supportive team
