Anforderungen

•Proven expertise in a controlling role
•Success in a dynamic international/industrial environment
•Experience managing financials with remote teams
•Experience with post-merger integration processes

•Oversee monitoring of PMI costs and synergies
•Ensure standardized tracking of actual and planned costs
•Act as a connector between operational controllers and PMO
•Integrate and manage deliverables and progress reporting at Joint Venture level
•Present monthly PMI reports and financial insights to senior management
•Oversee CAPEX budget and analyze variances
•Track progress of JV planned activities against the plan
•Develop new reporting and analytics/KPIs
