Anforderungen
- •Proven expertise in controlling with exposure to Human Resources
- •Experience in dynamic international/industrial environments
- •Experience collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams
- •Expert command of Excel (modelling/pivot tables) and large dataset automation
- •Strong understanding of personnel cost components and FTE calculation
- •Proactive, status-quo challenging attitude
- •Business fluent English (other languages a plus)
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent

Deine Aufgaben
- •Build and maintain a comprehensive FTE monitoring system for over 2,000 employees
- •Monitor FTE development in alignment with budget and business case assumptions
- •Ensure standardized tracking of actual and planned FTE
- •Act as a liaison between operational controllers, business leaders, and the integration PMO
- •Integrate and manage deliverables, dashboards, and progress reporting at the Joint Venture level
- •Present monthly FTE reports and financial insights to senior management
- •Develop new reporting and analytics focused on personnel costs
