Anforderungen

•Proven expertise in controlling with exposure to Human Resources
•Experience in dynamic international/industrial environments
•Experience collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams
•Expert command of Excel (modelling/pivot tables) and large dataset automation
•Strong understanding of personnel cost components and FTE calculation
•Proactive, status-quo challenging attitude
•Business fluent English (other languages a plus)
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent

Deine Aufgaben

•Build and maintain a comprehensive FTE monitoring system for over 2,000 employees
•Monitor FTE development in alignment with budget and business case assumptions
•Ensure standardized tracking of actual and planned FTE
•Act as a liaison between operational controllers, business leaders, and the integration PMO
•Integrate and manage deliverables, dashboards, and progress reporting at the Joint Venture level
•Present monthly FTE reports and financial insights to senior management
•Develop new reporting and analytics focused on personnel costs
