Anforderungen
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •Additional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA
- •Experience in portfolio management or structured finance
- •Experience in cashflow-intensive businesses such as real estate, infrastructure, or C&I
- •Strong knowledge of financial reporting based on German GAAP or IFRS
- •Experience managing complex financial data, loans, and covenants
- •Fluency in English
- •Fluency in German

- •Oversee C&I lease portfolios
- •Ensure covenant compliance and timely payments
- •Provide accurate reporting to lenders and stakeholders
- •Monitor loan agreements for risks and implement mitigation strategies
- •Maintain strong communication with lenders and equity partners
- •Analyze financial performance for senior management
- •Drive portfolio performance through strategic initiatives
- •Review and validate financial reports for accuracy
- •Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity
- •Develop and maintain internal controls for asset safeguarding
- •Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- •Support structuring of new financing vehicles
- •Partner with the deal flow team for portfolio expertise
- •Assist the C&I Finance and Operational Team in refinancing operations
