Anforderungen
- •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- •Advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA)
- •Strong track record in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, or Asset Management
- •Proven ability to manage complex financing structures, cashflow-intensive assets, and lender relationships
- •Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., German GAAP, IFRS)

- •Oversee and optimize solar and storage portfolios
- •Ensure compliance with covenants and timely payments
- •Deliver accurate reporting to lenders and stakeholders
- •Act as the primary contact for lenders and equity partners
- •Provide clear financial analyses and strategic recommendations
- •Drive portfolio performance through strategic initiatives
- •Monitor loan agreements and identify risks
- •Implement risk mitigation strategies
- •Review and validate financial reporting packages
- •Ensure alignment with investor and board expectations
- •Collaborate with Controlling, Treasury, and Cash Collection teams
- •Safeguard data integrity and cash flow reliability
- •Contribute to structuring new financing vehicles
- •Leverage portfolio expertise with deal and origination teams
- •Mentor junior portfolio managers
- •Build best practices within the team
