Anforderungen

•Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic (EFZ)
•Several years of professional experience
•Hands-on experience in CNC machining on milling (3- and 5-axis) and turning centers
•Experience in CAM programming (Esprit TNG or similar)
•Good knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
•Solid understanding of Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS)
•Strong mechanical understanding
•Interest in current technologies and continuous learning
•Flexibility and motivation
•Customer-oriented and quality-conscious work style
•High degree of initiative
•Quick comprehension and precise working style
•Good German and English skills

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

Deine Aufgaben

•Manufacture complex mechanical components from various materials
•Execute orders based on 3D data, drawings, and sketches
•Create jigs and fixtures for mechanical components
•Program and set up CNC milling and turning centers
•Support the operation of 3D printers and laser cutters
•Perform conventional drilling, milling, and turning
•Advise engineers on feasibility and cost-effective production
