- •5-7+ years of experience as a software engineer
- •Proven experience owning a core element of a company or leading a new product division from 0-to-1
- •Experience recruiting and mentoring high-performance engineering teams
- •Expertise in tech stack (React, TypeScript, Go, Python, or Rust)
- •Ownership of architecture from design to deployment
- •Ability to thrive in chaotic startup environments
- •Comfortable spending time on the production floor
- •Ability to work in-person at HQ in Zurich, Switzerland
