Anforderungen
- •Degree in Engineering, Business, or IT
- •PMI-PMP, PRINCE2-Practitioner, or IPMA-C certification preferred
- •Minimum 5 years proven successful experience as project manager
- •Minimum 2 years proven experience in setting up and maintaining project portfolios
- •Experience in working with program and project managers to assess project performance KPIs
- •Solid knowledge in project portfolio and financial management
- •Familiarity with quality improvement techniques such as Six Sigma/DMAIC, PDCA
- •Proficient in standard project and portfolio management tools
- •Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- •Strong organizational skills, stress resilience, self-organization, and multi-tasking capability
- •Fluency in English and German (min. C1 level)

- •Ensure accuracy of project portfolio KPI data
- •Analyze financial, schedule, risk, and resource utilization data
- •Collaborate with project and program managers to assess project status
- •Monitor project performance baselines and implement corrective measures
- •Maintain consistency of financial project data and report deviations
- •Track product quality KPIs and project execution quality
- •Support project planning, budgeting, and resource management
- •Produce portfolio dashboards and reports for senior management
- •Organize and conduct project status and gate reviews
- •Ensure compliance with project management standards and processes
- •Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices
- •Provide training and support for project management tools
