Head of Main Department Technical Quality(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Master’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance
• Several years of leadership and/or managerial experience
• Solid knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17025, IATF 16949)
• Familiarity with quality methods such as FMEA, Advanced Quality Planning, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Auditing, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, and Project Management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
• Fluency in English and German

Tasks

• Lead and develop the quality organization in the Technology division
• Drive people processes, including development and succession planning
• Foster cross-functional collaboration
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards
• Drive quality assurance for processes and global production equipment
• Provide leadership and mentorship to promote a culture of quality excellence
• Manage internal and external audits, inspections, and assessments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and performance
• Enhance the Quality Management System as a key stakeholder
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices
• Prepare and present quality reports for senior management
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in quality management
