Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field
- •At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance
- •Several years of leadership and/or managerial experience
- •Solid knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17025, IATF 16949)
- •Familiarity with quality methods such as FMEA, Advanced Quality Planning, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Auditing, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, and Project Management
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Lead and develop the quality organization in the Technology division
- •Drive people processes, including development and succession planning
- •Foster cross-functional collaboration
- •Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
- •Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards
- •Drive quality assurance for processes and global production equipment
- •Provide leadership and mentorship to promote a culture of quality excellence
- •Manage internal and external audits, inspections, and assessments
- •Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and performance
- •Enhance the Quality Management System as a key stakeholder
- •Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices
- •Prepare and present quality reports for senior management
- •Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in quality management
