- •Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or another dynamic, fast-paced setting
- •Strong determination and willingness to tackle essential tasks

- •Quick adaptability to changing priorities

- •Ensure seamless onboarding for project developers and buyers
- •Manage and optimize transactions for carbon credit purchases and sales
- •Handle disputes between buyers and project developers
- •Implement standardized dispute resolution processes
- •Identify inefficiencies in platform processes
- •Implement improvements for scalable processes
- •Perform data analyses and build BI reports
- •Automate alerts and track key operational KPIs
- •Collaborate with departments to standardize and optimize processes
- •Provide strategic insights for platform enhancement
