Anforderungen
- •Technical degree or comparable technical training with further education
- •Several years of experience in a management position in manufacturing
- •Experience in leading larger teams and hands-on mentality
- •Proven track record in optimizing production processes and developing a production area
- •Strong entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional resilience in challenging situations
- •Driving Lean Management, CIP, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- •Excellent communication skills, high degree of assertiveness, and ability to implement change
- •Background in plastics technology/industry/manufacturing is an advantage
- •Knowledge of German regulatory affairs and respective legislation
- •Fluent German and very good English skills
- •Experience with private equity is an advantage

- •Collaborate closely with regional management and the sales team
- •Ensure compliance with the highest safety standards
