Planning Manager(m/w/x)

As a Planning Manager, you will oversee production planning and inventory management while collaborating with various teams to optimize processes and ensure timely delivery of products. This role involves developing production plans and actively participating in improvement initiatives.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• •Minimum 5 years' experience in production or supply chain
• •People management experience (1–2 years minimum)
• •Solid knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and capacity management
• •Basic familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• •APICS certification a plus
• •Strong analytical mindset and passion for planning and scheduling processes
• •Proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels in a matrix organization
• •Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) valued
• •Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
