Anforderungen

•PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or relevant subject
•3+ years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry
•Experience as a PKPD Lead in biologics projects
•Practical experience developing quantitative pharmacology packages
•Advanced knowledge of PK and PKPD modelling for biologics
•Good understanding of machine learning techniques
•Familiarity with Python and KNIME

•Develop quantitative pharmacology strategies with an AI-first approach
•Provide scientific leadership for biologics projects
•Integrate PK and quantitative pharmacology strategies into project plans
•Collaborate with Drug Design, Pharmacology, ML Engineering, and Development teams
•Develop advanced PKPD models for biologics and small molecules
•Contribute to modality selection for each target
•Create target molecule profiles at project inception
•Integrate PK, PD, and toxicological data for decision-making
•Author PKPD sections of regulatory documents
•Partner with Machine Learning colleagues to enhance predictive models
•Identify integration methods for platform improvements
•Support biologics developability platform development
•Maintain relationships with CRO network for data generation
•Leverage external scientific expertise to enhance team impact
•Oversee data generation campaigns for AI-based models
•Mentor junior DMPK and Quantitative Pharmacology team members
•Champion a culture of inclusion and professional development
