Anforderungen
- •University degree in Law and ideally an LLM
- •Significant legal experience at a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or life sciences company, or law firm experience
- •Experience drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements
- •Experience advising on legal and regulatory provisions
- •Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- •Fluency in English and German; other languages are a plus
- •Successful completion of a background check and legal authorization to work

Deine Aufgaben
- •Draft and review commercial contracts in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices
- •Negotiate contracts with counterparties, including CROs
- •Provide legal advice on regulatory matters, including promotional activities and pricing
- •Advise business clients directly and offer practical solutions
- •Address complex legal and regulatory issues and implement compliance policies
- •Draft and negotiate Clinical Trial Agreements with sponsors and agencies
- •Create informed consent forms and confidentiality agreements
- •Review and negotiate vendor, licensing, and master service agreements
- •Draft safety data exchange and laboratory services agreements
- •Negotiate consulting, R&D, manufacturing, and indemnity agreements
- •Advise on legal and regulatory provisions in cross-functional roles
