As the Head of Legal Engineering, you will lead a team of legal experts, translating customer needs into automated solutions while supporting sales efforts and enhancing client services. Your role involves strategic planning, project management, and fostering collaboration with clients.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Law or equivalent
• •Profound post-qualification experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• •Proven experience in advising clients on contract review
• •Track record of successfully leading teams and collaborating with multi stakeholders
• •Experience in supporting Sales teams by conducting demos and negotiating contracts
• •Experience in supporting Customer Success teams and identifying upsell opportunities
• •Interest in current legal trends involving AI and machine learning
• •Experience in planning, managing, and executing complex projects
• •Excellent communication and writing skills in German and English
• •Flexibility, entrepreneurial mindset, and high organizational skills
