Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Law or equivalent
- •Profound post-qualification experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- •Proven experience in advising clients on contract review
- •Track record of successfully leading teams and collaborating with multi stakeholders
- •Experience in supporting Sales teams by conducting demos and negotiating contracts
- •Experience in supporting Customer Success teams and identifying upsell opportunities
- •Interest in current legal trends involving AI and machine learning
- •Experience in planning, managing, and executing complex projects
- •Excellent communication and writing skills in German and English
- •Flexibility, entrepreneurial mindset, and high organizational skills
