Anforderungen
- •Degree in Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- •8+ years in concrete materials or related building materials industry
- •Concrete production knowledge and direct experience with plant engineering
- •Ability to understand operational, technical, commercial, and financial aspects
- •Ability to apply technical recommendations pragmatically
- •Strong analytic skills and ability to engage people in data-driven culture
- •Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- •Strong communication skills to all levels in an international environment
- •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- •Strong ability to coach and motivate peers without direct authority
- •Strong English spoken and written skills; other languages relevant to Europe are a plus

- •Drive performance improvement by enhancing operational and financial KPIs
- •Implement review cycles for operational and financial KPIs
- •Assist operations in adhering to minimum required operating practices
- •Ensure timely assembly of resources for performance improvement initiatives
- •Plan and lead optimization visits for RMC operations
- •Follow up on improvement opportunities with local management
- •Coordinate communication and initiatives with country managers
- •Collaborate with local managers to promote best practices
- •Transfer best practices across the organization
- •Deliver training modules with the Knowledge & Training Department
- •Work with Global CCR and other functions to shape RMC business
