Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related area
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in HR role
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
  • Communication and diplomacy skills

  • Serve as a functional partner on the Site Leadership team
  • Drive cohesive decision-making and collaboration
  • Develop and execute key HR initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees
  • Focus on employee advocacy and engagement
  • Manage employee relations and performance management
  • Support career development and talent assessment
  • Assist with talent acquisition and retention
  • Conduct workplace investigations as needed
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR questions
  • Escalate concerns to HR Business Partners when necessary
  • Guide employees and managers to Payroll for relevant issues
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR CoE professionals
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
  • Promote an ethical and compliant work environment
  • Lead HR processes including performance and talent management
  • Oversee compensation planning and onboarding
  • Facilitate new manager assimilation and training
  • Align on and execute HR projects across client groups
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and company regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
