- •3+ years of experience in People Operations
- •Familiarity with labor law regulations and HR best practices in Austria, Spain, Germany
- •Working knowledge of Workday, Google Suite, and Jira ticketing system
- •Strong interpersonal skills with focus on employee experience
- •Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise
- •Fluency in English and another language
- •Experience with project management, global mobility, or payroll
