Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- •3–5 years of hands-on experience in People & Culture generalist/operations roles
- •Strong knowledge of German labor law and international labor regulations
- •Solid experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with HR tools
- •Initial experience in employer branding, facilitating workshops, or supporting professional development
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Highly organized, structured, proactive, and detail-oriented
- •Flexible, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- •Empathetic, service- and people-oriented, collaborative
- •Positive, can-do attitude with a hands-on approach
- •Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
- •Valid work permit for Germany

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- •Prepare and review HR documents, ensuring compliance with German labor law
- •Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS (Personio)
- •Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling
- •Drive initiatives to enhance team engagement and employee well-being
- •Organize team events, workshops, and activities that reflect company values
- •Support the design and execution of training programs for professional development
- •Contribute to HR projects focused on process optimization and DEI initiatives
- •Collaborate with leadership to implement HR best practices and improve employee experience
