Anforderungen
- •Expertise in payroll platforms/systems like CloudPay
- •Familiarity with the Workday ecosystem and experience in interfaces and integrations with 3rd party payroll systems
- •Familiarity with labor and tax framework in Germany
- •Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and German
- •Attention to detail and ability to explain complex information
- •Working knowledge of payroll processes, social security, and local payroll tax laws/requirements
- •Advanced reporting skills

- •Basic knowledge of finance, prepayments, accruals, and journals
- •Experience in a publicly traded company (NASDAQ, S&P) would be beneficial

Deine Aufgaben
- •Process payroll accurately and on time for German entities
- •Manage payroll-related accruals and prepayments
- •Ensure data integrity from HRIS (Workday) to Cloudpay
- •Serve as the main contact for employee payroll inquiries
- •Respond promptly to employee queries via the ticketing system
- •Provide backup support for payroll processes worldwide
- •Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly payroll reconciliations
- •Ensure compliance and reporting with local payroll providers
- •Analyze and implement improvements for payroll practices in Germany
- •Gather manual inputs and approvals for Cloudpay uploads
