- •Partner with Total Rewards Consultant for support
- •Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from BHR and TA
- •Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking
- •Build and maintain market composites in benchmarking software
- •Submit annual compensation and benefits practice surveys
- •Create compensation offers for new hires and promotions
- •Calculate sign-on bonuses and LTI buyouts
- •Conduct cyclical audits of compensation data in Workday
- •Support Total Rewards Consultants with market analyses
- •Provide Pay Equity reporting support
- •Lead analytical support for Annual Rewards Planning
- •Conduct annual data audits for compensation
- •Support RPT system testing
- •Complete RPT co-planner and supplemental files
- •Prepare country salary structures
- •Gather market data for annual merit recommendations
- •Lead annual benefit policy and contract renewals
- •Prepare documentation for codetermination processes
- •Ensure compliance with German labor law and internal governance
