•Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or another engineering discipline
•Two or more years of packaging development experience in an operational environment
•Thorough knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
•Ability to execute testing protocols for packaging components
•Proven ability to work independently toward specific goals
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
•Broad knowledge of methods in package design, testing, and packaging materials
