NPI Formulation Project Manager(m/w/x)

In this role, you will drive innovation by evaluating and designing efficient manufacturing processes, managing projects, and collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams to enhance product development.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or comparable field
• •At least 2 years of experience in developing liquid manufacturing processes
• •Solid understanding of business administration
• •Proven project management capabilities
• •Hands-on experience with lab-scale setups, scale-up processes, trials, and validation runs
• •Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in German and English
• •Flexibility and pragmatism in managing diverse tasks independently
• •Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and TrackWise is a plus
• •Familiarity with GMP and QMS; experience in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or medical device industries is advantageous
