Anforderungen
- •Knowledge of Third Party Risk Management including DORA, MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing, PRA SS2/21 and other regulatory equivalents
- •Experience in operating third party risk frameworks
- •Experience in managing third parties over the whole lifecycle and developing Service Level Agreements (SLA) aligned with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
- •Excellent communication in German and English
- •Minimum of 4+ years focused expertise in Third Party Risk and managing Outsourcing Services

- •Support the implementation of third-party risk management strategy
- •Maintain and operate the third-party risk management framework
- •Interact with stakeholders within the Bitpanda Group and externally
- •Oversee and monitor third-party risk according to regulatory requirements
- •Ensure agreements, SLAs, KRIs, and KPIs are established for third parties
- •Review and analyze documentation related to third-party services
- •Prepare reports and develop Management Information
- •Provide support for assessing new third-party services
- •Continuously develop the third-party risk management framework
- •Conduct second-line reviews and challenges of third parties
- •Implement SLAs, KRIs, and other monitoring metrics
- •Update third-party profiles and registers to meet regulatory standards
- •Ensure adherence to the Third-Party Risk lifecycle
- •Support training for business partners on risk management policies and processes
