- •Proven experience in compliance within financial services, fintech, or crypto sectors
- •Deep understanding of BaFin Rulebooks, (EU) regulations, and global compliance standards
- •Sound judgement and ability to operate autonomously
- •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- •Ensure accurate submissions and timely reporting

- •Manage ongoing compliance risk assessments
- •Draft and maintain compliance policies
- •Deliver Board reports on compliance risks
