Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- •5 years of operational experience
- •Fluent English and preferably German
- •5 years in vendor or supply chain roles
- •Familiarity with TMS and delivery solutions
- •Data affinity and KPI interpretation skills
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools

- •Negotiate SLAs and freight rates with procurement
- •Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and standards
- •Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- •Use data analytics to optimize delivery routes
- •Drive innovation in last-mile delivery models
- •Forecast volumes and secure peak period capacity
- •Collaborate with distribution centers on load planning
- •Minimize lead time discrepancies for store deliveries
- •Align transportation strategies with internal business units
- •Act as the primary escalation point for carriers
