Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in a human-centric field, such as psychology, sociology, or organizational behavior, or qualification in Systemic Coaching or Organizational Development
- •Proven track record in systemic organizational development and understanding of human impact of large-scale IT projects or digital transformations
- •Ability to recognize patterns and ripple effects within an organizational system
- •Active design, coordination, and delivery of change initiatives
- •Full accountability and solution-oriented mindset
- •Proficiency in aligning change milestones with technical project plans using waterfall and agile methodologies
- •Fluency in English and German with clear communication style
- •Comfort with occasional cross-time-zone meetings in an international setup
