  • Handle small client issues and emergencies
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
  • Prepare offers and review proposals for quality
  • Approve smaller payments and maintain internal processes
  • Prepare and coordinate audits and non-standard queries
  • Address team requests regarding special cases and perks
  • Support small recruitment decisions
  • Foster a positive team environment
  • Organize anniversaries, gifts, and personal celebrations
  • Promote team culture on every occasion
  • Monitor incoming inquiries and follow up on new leads
  • Coordinate the client onboarding journey for clarity and confidence
  • Ensure the office is stocked, organized, and functional
  • Order supplies and manage vendor relationships
  • Oversee logistics, maintenance, and office improvements
  • Manage subletting of rooms and related coordination
  • Create an enjoyable office environment
  • Organize regular office aperos
  • Plan larger Growth Club public events
  • Coordinate offsites, internal workshops, and team events
  • Manage logistics, bookings, and planning for events
  • Enhance company culture through well-run experiences
  • Update website content and make basic edits
  • Support social media presence with consistent posts and updates
  • Coordinate with the Founder and team on content as needed
  • Manage the Founder’s calendar and prioritize commitments
  • Block focus time for the Founder and remove low-value tasks
  • Prepare the Founder for key meetings
  • Follow up on action items with teams
  • Coordinate travel, events, and logistics for the Founder
  • Maintain an overview of active initiatives to ensure nothing slips
  • Draft and send communications on behalf of the Founder
  • Filter inbound requests to reduce noise
  • Maintain relationship touch points with team and clients
  • Prepare meeting summaries and ensure follow-up
  • Pre-read documents and synthesize key points
  • Flag risks, issues, and decisions needing attention
  • Conduct quick research or analysis for the Founder
  • Organize documents, contracts, and key company information
  • Maintain shared folders, templates, and knowledge bases
  • Prepare slides, summaries, and short reports
  • Manage weekly/monthly rhythms and internal check-ins
  • Track decisions and hold team members accountable
  • Handle personal admin tasks affecting work
  • Remove friction from daily routines to maintain focus
