Anforderungen
- •7–10 years in energy trading, operations, or ETRM support
- •Direct exposure to front-to-back trade lifecycle in power, gas, emissions, certificates, structured products, or similar
- •Strong understanding of trading products, deal lifecycle, and related processes
- •Trade capture, validation, lifecycle events
- •Pricing / valuation / curves
- •Risk measures and Greeks
- •P&L explain and attribution
- •Settlements / invoicing inputs
- •Hands-on experience with Endur
- •Understanding of deal setup, portfolio / book structures, reference data, curves and market data setup, Endur workflows, and EoD batch / reporting chains
- •Ability to challenge both Front Office and IT
- •Proven experience bridging business and IT, ideally in a hybrid operations / BA role
- •Able to translate trading asks into system change requirements
- •Able to translate system constraints back into commercial / risk language
- •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- •Able to drive alignment between Front Office urgency and control / governance requirements
- •Familiarity with process improvement and digital transformation methodologies
- •Comfort working with automation, workflow tooling, dashboarding, data quality / data lineage topics
- •Track record in standardizing, documenting, and scaling operational processes

- •Coordinate between Front Office, operational support teams, and IT functions
- •Ensure operational readiness for new products and initiatives
- •Drive process standardization across the Sales & Trading landscape
- •Contribute to the digital transformation of Sales & Trading
- •Act as a key stakeholder in the ETRM landscape with Endur as the core platform
- •Ensure reliable trade capture, valuation, risk, P&L, and reporting processes
- •Oversee S&T-wide coordination, reporting, and lifecycle governance
- •Manage end-of-day delivery for S&T
- •Oversee end-of-day processing, validations, and P&L delivery from Endur
- •Ensure data completeness, timeliness, and integrity across the trade lifecycle
- •Coordinate issue resolution for day-to-day issues with internal applications
- •Act as an escalation point for production incidents affecting trade capture and risk reporting
- •Drive root-cause remediation for issues rather than just workarounds
- •Prioritize and manage the new product approval process for STS
- •Support operational readiness assessments in Endur for STS-related structures
- •Ensure Front Office can book and risk-manage new structures effectively
- •Represent S&T interests in prioritization forums
- •Act as the voice of S&T users for proposed changes
- •Translate trading needs into structured IT demand with clear justification
- •Act as business owner for core STS ETRM processes and data standards
- •Define and enforce golden-source logic for positions and reference data
- •Ensure consistency of processes and controls across books and regions
- •Sponsor and drive automation initiatives in Endur for STS
- •Support and guide the change agenda
- •Ensure enhancements in Endur are adopted and documented in operations
