- •Proven experience in middle office operations within energy trading
- •Strong knowledge of trade capture, validation, and deal management processes
- •Solid understanding of risk monitoring and exposure controls
- •Experience with monthly closing and reconciliation
- •Experience using ENDUR and improving operational controls
- •Ability to manage and lead a team
- •Familiarity with complex trading flows
- •Strong reporting, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- •English fluency is mandatory

- •Lead the Middle Office team
- •Ensure smooth daily operations across trading and wholesale activities
- •Oversee the full deal life cycle, including trade capture and daily validation
- •Manage amendments and rebookings
- •Ensure accurate representation in systems
- •Maintain data quality for Accounting, Risk, and Front Office functions
- •Lead the New Product Approval process
- •Control trading books and monitor exposures
- •Manage physical positions and storage completeness
- •Support complex flows such as LNG and cross-border capacity
- •Develop and implement new operational controls and processes
- •Coordinate operational excellence projects
- •Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including Operational KPIs and P&L
- •Reconcile trading and accounting systems
- •Collaborate with Front Office, Back Office, Finance, and Treasury
- •Drive team development and performance
- •Ensure adherence to operational standards and best practices
