- •Multi-asset experience including equities; experience with FX
- •Experience owning, implementing and adapting trading information systems
- •Strategic capabilities to establish goals and vision for trading activities
- •Ability to withstand pressure and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously
- •Strong numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
- •Ability to create a sense of purpose for the team
- •High degree of integrity and forethought in decision making
- •Existing trading relationships with global banks

- •Lead the Treasury Trading desk
- •Execute complex trades in FX, equities, and cash management instruments
- •Oversee trading infrastructure and system interfaces
- •Manage the team's service catalogue and KPIs
- •Analyze data for client and shareholder benefits
- •Identify and manage high-risk areas with a control framework
- •Stay updated on regulations and regulatory changes
- •Negotiate ISDA agreements with banks
- •Develop and strengthen relationships with counterparties
- •Create initiatives to enhance performance and scalability
- •Interface with the middle office for settlement and reporting
- •Advise portfolio management and investment teams on trade implementation
- •Collaborate with legal, compliance, structuring, and audit departments
- •Participate in the Counterparty Risk Group and Best Execution Committee
