Anforderungen
- •Several years of experience in operations leadership, deployment, or accountable customer-facing roles
- •Strong background in food operations, hospitality, food-tech, logistics, or comparable environments
- •Experience owning hardware-enabled or infrastructure-heavy operations
- •Familiarity with SOP-driven, compliance-heavy environments
- •Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make decisions and drive execution
- •Experience owning operations for defence, governmental, or institutional customers
- •Native speaker German and strong English
- •Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally
- •Exposure to robotics, automation, or electromechanical systems
- •Experience transitioning pilots into stable operations
- •Strong KPI and reporting discipline

- •Own operational execution for defence deployments
- •Lead rollout and ramp-up phases for modular robotic kitchens
- •Coordinate installation preparation and commissioning
- •Execute go-live phases for operations
- •Ensure site readiness and operational stability
- •Maintain compliance in security-sensitive environments
- •Transition pilot deployments into stable operations
- •Manage day-to-day customer relationships at an operational level
- •Set expectations, timelines, and resolve issues with customers
- •Conduct operational reviews and continuous improvement discussions
- •Operate with discretion and professionalism in defence settings
- •Enforce SOPs for operations, hygiene, and maintenance
- •Ensure compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards
- •Manage operational KPIs and drive corrective actions
- •Document processes and collect data for reporting
- •Steer cross-functional execution across various teams
- •Direct on-site Operations Technicians and Managers
- •Lead troubleshooting and manage escalations
- •Coordinate feedback loops for product and deployment improvements
- •Oversee selected international defence deployments and pilots
- •Contribute to standardising defence operations across regions
