As an Operations Director, you will drive operational improvements and financial success across sites in Germany. Your role involves leading Site Directors, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• •Significant experience managing complex or prestigious logistics contracts
• •Proven track record of project management and large-scale implementations at senior management level
• •In-depth operational understanding of operations and warehousing; transportation knowledge is a plus
• •Strong financial acumen demonstrating excellent budget control
• •Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach
• •Ability to understand and analyze complex issues, making effective decisions
