•Ensure smooth warehouse operations as a competent coordinator
•Collaborate closely with customers, operational teams, and MHE providers
•Prioritize orders and plan truck schedules
•Control and maintain high warehouse utilization
•Provide 1st-level support for the shop floor
•Optimize and develop warehouse processes, including IT systems
•Act as an interface between administration and the warehouse
•Plan and monitor order processing for timely execution
•Serve as a key user for the WCS and WMS systems
•Create reports, analyses, and key performance indicators
•Communicate timely with customers and partners across Europe
•Develop and implement departure plans for seasonal and holiday periods
•Utilize abstract thinking to solve challenges
