Anforderungen
- •Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical discipline
- •At least three years of experience in offshore wind farm operations, electrical systems O&M, or similar role
- •Strong understanding of electrical systems, operational readiness, and safety requirements
- •Structured and analytical working style
- •Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- •Fluent English (written and spoken), German language skills are an asset
- •High willingness to travel at national and international level

- •Develop operational readiness strategies for HV and LV electrical systems
- •Ensure assets comply with operational, regulatory, and safety requirements
- •Embed maintainability and safety requirements into electrical design
- •Collaborate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams
- •Plan and execute electrical readiness activities
- •Validate protection, control, and monitoring systems
- •Conduct readiness reviews and technical workshops
- •Perform risk assessments prior to handover
- •Act as the technical focal point for electrical operational readiness
- •Provide guidance and coordination across project teams and stakeholders
- •Support tendering and contract management for electrical equipment
- •Conduct technical evaluations for O&M service providers
- •Verify system integrity and testing completion during transition
- •Drive standardization and continuous improvement in HV/LV operations
