Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
•Proven experience in project quality assurance, ideally in offshore wind or related manufacturing industries
•Hands-on experience with product inspection, manufacturing control, and quality assurance of components, preferably electrical components
•Strong understanding of statutory, regulatory, and international quality standards
•Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
•Analytical, proactive, and able to work across multiple teams to ensure correct product delivery and installation

•Develop and implement project-specific HSEQ plans
•Ensure adherence to legal and international standards
•Lead risk identification and assessment
•Mitigate risks and conduct incident investigations
•Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
•Act as the primary interface for HSEQ matters
•Engage with internal teams, contractors, regulators, and clients
•Embed HSEQ systems into project operations
•Track KPIs and conduct audits and inspections
•Report on HSEQ performance
•Conduct assessments and audits for HSEQ compliance
•Deliver HSEQ training and briefings
•Develop programs for project personnel and contractors
