Anforderungen
- •3-5 years of professional experience in process optimization, project management, or similar operational excellence role
- •Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related field (Bachelor's or higher)
- •Knowledge of Six Sigma or agile frameworks
- •Background in data and process analysis
- •Strong communication skills
- •Proficiency in workshop facilitation and process mapping
- •Experience with requirements management is beneficial
- •Excellent English skills
- •German skills are a plus
