Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- •Minimum of 6 years of relevant Operational Excellence experience
- •Experience leading OE transformational change programs
- •LEAN shop floor management and CI methodologies
- •Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certification preferred) with hands-on project experience
- •Managing and reporting in a matrixed, highly regulated environment
- •Strong leadership capabilities and ability to coach and mentor teams
- •Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- •Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools, MS PowerBI, MS Power Apps
- •Fluency in both German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and coach COS rollouts in operational and support areas
- •Develop and implement the OE roadmap for key value streams
- •Facilitate transformation workshops to adopt COS methodologies
- •Establish Tier Meetings and Visual Management boards
- •Drive Continuous Improvement routines aligned with Compelling Business Needs
- •Promote Leader Standard Work through Gemba walks and coaching
- •Conduct COS Maturity Assessments for continuous improvement
- •Act as an OE Change Manager and mentor at all organizational levels
- •Coordinate CI projects to align with COS objectives
- •Lead and coach complex CI projects using Lean Six Sigma
- •Support development of COS and Lean Six Sigma training materials
- •Deliver CI training and coaching for certification
- •Share Smart Practices across the Bern site and CSL network
