Deine Aufgaben

  • •Manage day-to-day operations of the Lomography Online Shop
  • •Optimize the online shop for better performance
  • •Update product listings, prices, and inventory
  • •Set up new products with descriptions, images, prices, and stock information
  • •Coordinate promotional campaigns with the marketing team
  • •Generate ad-hoc reports as needed
  • •Collaborate with local marketing teams to enhance online presence
  • •Serve as the first contact for customer inquiries about online purchases
  • •Assist international customer agents in providing excellent service
  • •Process online orders and ensure timely shipping
  • •Work with the logistics department to improve services
  • •Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds for direct channel customers
  • •Support Online Shop Administration for a smooth shopping experience
  • •Assist in product testing and creation for the analogue photography community
  • •Contribute to online marketing activities, including PR and newsletter creation
  • •Engage in social media and content creation efforts
  • •Assist in testing and rolling out new shop features
