Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- •Strong knowledge of 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Device Deployment, AV troubleshooting
- •1-2 years of experience in a similar role within financial services
- •Problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex technical issues

- •Provide on-site technical support for options trading technology systems
- •Monitor the health and performance of internal systems
- •Conduct regular maintenance activities, including software updates

- •Respond to incidents and service requests from clients
- •Document incidents and their resolutions accurately
- •Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
