Anforderungen
- •Degree in Biotechnology, Process/Bio-Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- •Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience, preferably international pharma/biotech
- •Expertise in Drug Substance or Drug Product processes
- •In-depth knowledge of GMP standards and regulations
- •Technical expertise in pharmaceutical production and quality systems
- •Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- •Fluent written and spoken French and English
- •Results-driven approach and collaborative mindset
- •Innovative, future-oriented, and empowering leadership style
- •Ability to navigate complexity and influence stakeholders
- •Professional experience of 10 or more years

- •Manage the MSAT Drug Substance laboratory operations

- •Lead troubleshooting for complex production and quality issues
- •Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
- •Define training needs and oversee professional development
- •Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- •Coordinate rapid resolution strategies for operational issues
- •Support inspections, investigations, and process validation
- •Align unit objectives with broader manufacturing goals
