Anforderungen
- •Bachelor degree in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- •Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within biopharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
- •Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- •Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and experience with regulatory submissions
- •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- •Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- •Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an advantage
- •Experience in managing a small team of varying experience
- •Purposeful and results-driven with a focus on achieving project goals

- •Lead and mentor a team of six Site Product Managers
- •Oversee planning and execution of complex projects
- •Manage new commercial product introductions to the site
- •Ensure alignment with production capabilities and regulatory requirements
- •Align with the Aubonne MSAT Director on project priorities
- •Foster collaboration within the team and across departments
- •Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- •Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies
- •Define the strategic product portfolio view for the site
- •Orchestrate cross-department product management
- •Contribute to project strategy development and adherence to GMP
- •Prepare and present project updates to senior management
- •Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SPM team
- •Develop SPMs into effective product managers for the site
- •Ensure SPMs serve as the single point of contact for product-related requests
