- •Successful degree in relevant studies or equivalent working experience
- •Technical interest and knowledge of aircraft engines or aviation industry
- •Understanding of commercial processes, contractual language, and invoicing

- •Working knowledge of MS Office and multiple IT platforms
- •Readiness for on-call services, including outside of typical working hours

- •Assess customer needs for MRT-related services
- •Provide technical, logistic, and commercial support for P&WC engines
- •Understand technical publications and airworthiness regulations
- •Identify solutions to return engines to service (RTS)
- •Determine technician capabilities and establish parts listing
- •Ship parts and tooling to meet RTS strategy
- •Generate MRT quotations aligned with work scope
- •Follow up on commercial offers until closure with customers
- •Control operational, financial, and service level KPIs
- •Manage relationships with CSC suppliers for tooling and parts
- •Ensure payment alignment and manage incoming invoices
- •Check margins for increased profitability and resolve disputes
- •Initiate contact for AOG or urgent situations with stakeholders
- •Document and monitor events with CRM for customer interactions
- •Communicate updates and address concerns with field technicians
- •Assist other departments to resolve customer issues
- •Foster strong relationships within the Command Center team
