- •Extensive customer account/contract management experience in aviation
- •Experience relating to aircraft gas turbine engines
- •Strong commercial ability
- •Experience in managing customer relationships and negotiations
- •Technical background in engineering and/or aircraft maintenance
- •Postgraduate business qualification
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Interpersonal skills
- •Field of studies in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, or Business Administration
- •Bachelor and/or Master Degree
- •8 to 10 years’ experience
- •Experience in Aerospace
- •Demonstrated leadership in customer account management
- •Ability to communicate at an executive level
- •Proficient project management skill set
- •Strong commercial/business acumen
- •Very good knowledge of English
- •Arabic speaking ability
- •CRM proficiency
- •Advanced Excel skills
- •SharePoint proficiency
- •SAP proficiency

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage key strategic customer accounts and FMP engine maintenance contracts
- •Serve as the primary liaison between customers and P&WC for maintenance activities
- •Establish service levels and manage suppliers to meet customer expectations
- •Drive action items for assigned customers to achieve strategic objectives
- •Oversee contract financial performance
- •Manage maintenance programs to meet contract objectives and align with customer expectations
- •Ensure contract fulfillment according to customer specifications and legal requirements
- •Monitor contract status and manage key performance indicators
- •Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify service needs
- •Collaborate with customers to develop engine event forecasts and execute removal plans
- •Support internal teams to coordinate aircraft-on-ground events and repair requests
- •Maintain and resolve integrated Rolling Action Items Lists for assigned customers
- •Provide timely customer feedback and support new contract proposals
- •Assist in preparing contract amendments and review materials
- •Negotiate contract changes and resolve disputes with customers
- •Manage contract costs through workscope and invoice reviews
- •Conduct regular customer site visits for contract reviews and improvements
- •Provide commercial and technical input for new contract proposals
