Memory Systems Engineer(m/w/x)

As a Memory Systems Engineer, you will tackle challenges by simulating performance, prototyping memory subsystems, and analyzing configurations to enhance system performance. This role involves collaborating on SoC architecture and ensuring robust design verification.

Anforderungen

• •Design and test DRAM controller using FPGA or ASICs
• •DRAM performance modeling and characterization experience in industrial or academic setting
• •Correlate application performance to DRAM subsystem capabilities by gathering traces or directed testing techniques
• •Working knowledge of Linux kernel with preference for development or testing work
• •Architectural simulations of computer systems with emphasis on DRAM subsystems
• •Master's Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• •FPGA design and implementation of complex systems including memory controllers
• •C/C++ coding proficiency for Linux system and architecture simulations
• •Benchmarking of high performance applications including databases, machine learning, or streaming analytics
• •Familiarity with DRAM internal device architecture and its impact on performance
• •Computer systems architecture including protocols such as CXL, PCIe, and AXI
• •Verilog/VHDL for RTL design and/or verification
