Anforderungen
- •Minimum 3 years of business experience in finance/supply chain, new technology development, and implementation
- •Minimum 2 years in master data management and project management
- •Proficiency in English and German
- •Management of 3rd party operations

- •Manage daily DACH DM operations and processes
- •Ensure compliance with processes and delivery of KPI and SLA targets
- •Monitor targets and adjust SLA/KPI agreements as needed
- •Lead the DM DACH team across all functions and countries
- •Maintain a highly engaged and motivated team
- •Efficiently staff operational Data Management resources
- •Balance workloads to optimize team performance
- •Staff SME roles and project requirements with qualified personnel
- •Foster professional growth through training and mentorship
- •Drive quality enhancements and performance management initiatives
- •Implement process improvements and digitalization initiatives
- •Lead local, regional, and global projects related to operations
- •Engage with stakeholders to align goals and resources
- •Coordinate audits and compliance activities within operations
- •Connect with auditor teams and the Global DMS Governance team
- •Oversee execution of critical controls and Management Action Plans
- •Manage the Robotic Process Automation and standardization agenda
- •Participate in GDSN and DQ Standardization working groups
