•Ensure optimal planning of fulfillment activities
•Communicate supply bottlenecks in a timely manner
•Liaise between local teams and international partners
•Share critical sales order process information
•Review weekly service reports and propose local actions
•Manage waste targets through cross-departmental handling
•Administer master data management and SAP APO
•Support service management with reporting analysis
•Recommend actions to prevent service risks
•Oversee the donation process according to local guidelines
•Ensure accurate co-manufacturing order creation
•Act in compliance with ethical and legal standards
