Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or similar
- •Minimum of 5 years in product and/or marketing management in Life Sciences/Med-tech industry
- •Strong technical marketing acumen
- •Full fluency in English and German language, written and spoken
- •Knowledge of an Eastern European language such as Polish would be beneficial
- •Experience of working in a large matrix organization
- •International or European experience is preferred
- •Strategic agility and good analytical skills
- •Excellent communication skills, great presentation skills
- •Results-driven and action-oriented, takes ownership of tasks and gets things done
- •Ability to influence without authority, using relationships and networks within the BD matrix
- •Ability to travel internationally 30-40%
