Anforderungen

•Master’s degree in engineering, science, or related discipline preferred
•8+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience
•Hands-on experience with telemetry technology integration
•Effectiveness working across cultures and within complex matrix environments
•Management experience including direct team leadership
•Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
•German and English both business fluent
•Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs
•Success in negotiating, influencing, and reconciling differences

•Develop departmental plans focusing on business and production priorities

•Plan, monitor, and control investment budgets
•Provide leadership to managers, supervisors, and professional staff
